Parts and Memory Therapy (PMT)
A Faster Path to Permanent Healing — Not Just Coping

What Is Parts and Memory Therapy?
Parts and Memory Therapy (PMT) is an evidence-informed modality that works with different ego-states — or "Parts" — of the psyche to access the specific memories that drive our emotional reactions in the present.
Many of the emotional patterns we develop through life once served a purpose. A child who learns to stay quiet to avoid consequences is adapting to survive. A combat veteran who ducks at a loud bang is responding to real danger. But when those same responses follow us into contexts where they no longer fit, they stop being protective and start causing harm.
PMT works directly with those foundational memories — resetting the emotional learning attached to early experiences and eliminating the problematic reactions at their source.
How PMT Is Different
Most therapeutic approaches focus on managing or coping with emotional symptoms — incremental change over time. Parts and Memory Therapy goes further. By healing the root cause of emotional reactions rather than the symptoms, PMT creates permanent, transformational change — often in a significantly shorter timeframe than traditional talk therapy.
